Bizlink/Bizeezy Complaints - Unauthorized debit order etc.

I was contacted by Bizlink/Bizeezy in June 2012 regarding a special offer of advertising services for my company and accounting software that would go with the offer. I would have three weeks of free service and if by the end of the month I was not happy, I could cancel by sending an email on a letterhead. This I did yet they still deducted an amount from my bank account on Friday 24 August 2012 with no authorization. I have tried phoning as I have had no reaction by email, but have had no luck so far. Not impressed at all!!
