I've had no luck getting my deposit refunded (Deposit paid 17 January 2011 - ONE YEAR AGO). I've posted my complaint HelloPeter and GetClosure, still no luck. Various emails and phone calls to Intec did not help in getting the matter resolved....

Cooling off period was used.Refuse to cancell contract because software package was not delivered within 7 days. Anybody that can phone me and advise me what legal actions can be taken and if it will be effective ? My cell nr - 082 327 3092...
