8ta is a new company which is a subsidiary of Telkom. Given that it is a new company you would expect that the service provided is one which is perfect in order to develop a good reputation on the market. This is not the case, the service levels are shocking. You wait ages on the phone to get through to the call center. You are then faced with incompotent individuals sitting in the call center. You get incorrect billing statements and get charge charges which does not get mentioned to when upon accepting the contract, despite having ask the relevant questions. No matter how great their deals their service is shocking.
