Payment dispute

I was lied to by Pamela roger from absolute fitness, the paper that i signed back in 2005 wasn't a contract to date i haven't seen their terms and condition, Absolute put me on ITC for only R1335.00, naturally i am livid! Not once since 2005 have i received any documentation from them, no statements, no invoices, no letters of demand, no notices, no lawyers letters NOTHING. I wanted to cancel this "contract" long ago because i didn't have the time to use their gym, they refused so i kept on paying it was after all only 36 months thats what was explained to me. On the 15th of Feb my mother made inqueries with WERNER, he was non compliant, and refused to send me a copy of the original contract, statements ect, after numerous phone calls we received what was a written example of payment, none of us could understand what it meant, my mother again phoned him and asked for his co operation in this regard, he faxed a paper with my personal details, and a typed paper which shows that i have payed my 36 months. Again we asked for the complete contract. No Joy! WERNER claims that i owe R3000 and something then he back tracked and said i owe R11828, mind you the typed paper had some typing missing, werner's excuse it doesn't want to print, convenient hay?? Now because of the default on ITC for R1335.00 i was refused a loan for a vehicle when we started asking Questions we foound out it was done in january 2012, now why didn't werner say anything when we spoke to him on the 15th, why was i never given the opportunity according to the law to pay this money? where did werner get his R11828 from. Today he told me that this contract of absolute fitness is binding for 6 years. What 6 YEARS, when were they planning on telling me that, werner also attmitted that i have already paid R7164.00 so according to Their contract i only owe them R203. I want my name cleared, this will damage my businesses creadit rating and my name. I have the right to see all original documentation, the right to complain, the right to pay all moneys due and make arrangements. Absolute fitness does not have the right to put me on ITC without any warning. please help i was lied to. I am not receiving any joy from werner. i want my name cleared. strangely enough there is no contact details for absolute fitness on this so called contract, i wonder why? and even worst my street name is spelled incorrectly according to the law mistakes on a "contract" makes it Nul of void.
