We've recently decided to re-do our
bathrooms and after getting a few guys
to quote, we decided to go with Allhands
Plumbing and Electrical a little company
in Randburg . Although they were the
most expensive the owner assured us that
all the work was going to be done by
himself and that he had extensive
experience with renovations + all the
work will have a guarantee.
He started on the 19th (April) and
insisted he wanted a 60% deposit. He
walked into our home (smoking) with 5
workers and started chopping away at the
bathroom walls! As soon as they
(workers) got started the owner
(Brendan) left our premises and was not
seen again untill it was time for the
workers to go home. By the 3rd day I
called him to come and look at something
I was not with and I enquired about his
"promise" about "all work done by owner"
. I explained that besides this not
happening the work that he shoulld be
over seeing (at the very least) is not
being checked AT ALL!
He then got agressive and told me that I
was "irritating" and he didn't 'like'
the fact that I was questioning his
work! Honestly it has been more than 9
days and he has not even laid down a
pipe or a tile! Sick of being ripped
off!!

you have one bathroom I did not say that the work will be done by my self explained to husband you were not their.you did not pay deposit in full. on walking into your site work was half done by previous company, we made drain for toilet and drains then it was changed the following day, new wall built again problem as we me and builder compensated for window , we removed window as you were changing bath and bricked up other door way bathroom design now has changed 3 times since the 19 to watch preparations being done i have not charged you enough for that.when you phoned me Saturday afternoon to fetch tiles things went sideways from their Sms me every evening yes it is irritating as i am their in the morning drain preparation is done tiles for floor in new guest loo?tried calling you and your husband no answer day wasted , today we did not go their as you must accumulate the things needed it is the 28 bath is still not their...... well you were complaining and undecided from start of project, to use this platform to complain midway in project, you and hubby were holding project up CUSTOMER'S FEEDBACK Time: 11:09 Thu 5 May 11 Utterly disgusted: Brendan (Owner) from “All Hands Plumbing and Electrical” freaked out about the fact that we complained to “Hello Peter”. When I called home to see how far he had gotten on the day I logged the complaint (29 April). I learned that he never cam I do think that most things in your life are a nightmare
