I have been working for this company and
was unfairly dismissed both procedurally
and substantially. As the commissioner
put it my dismissal was"fatally flawed".
The company don't want to pay my
arbitration award as they are just not
willing to accept the fact that they
wronged me. They say they will drag the
case on as long as they can in order for
me to loose hope and give up.
I can easily report the company for
exploiting their customers and
fraudulently dealings made by them. I
just need somebody to help me.
