Since September 2010 with the heavy
rains we experienced at our area our
streets have been heavily eroded. The
local municipality have not even
bothered to have them fixed. Its very
difficult for us residing along those
streets as there is water flowing
everywhere , electrical cables and water
pipes are left exposed. We have made
several requests for the municipality to
help us but to date nothing has
happened. We were promised whilst they
were still lobbying for our votes that
it will be their first priority as soon
as they are elected into office.
The entire Bushbuckridge Local
Municipality is useless the only thing
they did was to install traffic lights
which are not even functioning properly
