I ordered a PS3 game bundle from
Buydirect through Kalaharis market place
on the 18th of July with expected
delivery between 10 - 15 working days. I
had to email them to follow up on the
tracking number of the order. I finally
received my package on the 12th August
(5 days late) and opened only to find
that it was the incorrect bundle they
had sent me a PS2 bundle which is
completely useless to me.
I notified their team of this
immediately. I received a response to my
complaint on the 13th requesting my
contact details so that I could be
contacted to resolve the issue. Which i
duly supplied them with on the 15th. I
have then been awaiting a phone call
since. I have further sent to follow up
emails asking what is happening and why
i have not been contacted.
It is now 4 days down no contact this is
ridiculous.
Bad Service is unacceptable this service
is the worst i have ever received there
are no words to describe how completely
totally and utterly useless they are.
