Items were hired from Candelabra Hire
for my wedding day at the end of
December. They were delivered late, and
some items, not at all.
Now, Claudia Steensma wont refund me the
money she owes me for the items that
were delivered past our agreed time and
is now completly passing the buck
blaming her suppliers for late delivery.
This is unacceptable to me!
I paid for items and a service that I
did not recieve at our agreed time,
leaving my friends to leave our wedding
venue to go and hire glasses at the last
minute to ensure we had glasses to drink
from.
Brides and other consumers, I would
recommend that you don`t use Candelabra
Hire . I found their service to be poor
and was was faced with extra stress and
anxiety on my wedding day due their poor
service.
