On 01 September 2011 was involved in a
car accident and the lady who bumped
into me agreed that it was her fault and
she will pay for the damages. My
insurance rented a car for me for thirty
days and that thirty days lapsed but I
still don't have my car. I have asked to
extend days of the car hire but I was
told that they (dial direct)can't do
anything. I need my car to come to work
as this is the only car that I have. An
excess of R3500.00 needs to be paid by
this lady who bumped in to me but my
insurance told her not to deal with me
but with them only. All I need is my car
and nothing else. Please assist me t get
my car back. The lady who is dealing
with my claim is Natasha and her contact
are as follows 012 452 3063. I keep
calling her but she never comes back to
me after leaving so many massages.
