I went in for an operation on 5 January 2012, and prior to this I phoned Discovery to find out what they will be paying. The lady made a mistake by telling me all items will be covered by my In Hospital Plan and that nothing will be deducted from my Saving Account. After the opp they took ALL my savings leaving me without any cover. I phoned them on 17 January and ask them to listen to the recorded message and fix it. Since then I have spoken to 4 people, becuese they tell you they will phone back but they don't and they can't put you through to the person that helped you last. They just pass the buck to someone ells every time I phone and leave it to go unresolved. IT should have taken them 48 hours, not 3 weeks!!!!THEY SUCK!!! AND THEY ARE STEALING FROM ME!!!!!!
