Losing my property due to an error my employer made.According to FNB they tried on numerous occations to get hold of me.they never phoned my office or my cell no.FNB's records indicate that they send me a letter and a execution letter about the auction of the house.I never received any letters or signed for anything from the sheriff of the court.So who signed on my behalf.The new owners cancelled the sale but the auction attorneys would not accept.I lodged a complaint with the legal department and thereafter with the ombudsman.Augustine Cloete attorneys asked KG DRUKKER & ASSOCIATES to stop the sale untill we have a answer from the ombudsman but yet they went ahead with the sale.I spoke to the petersen's about my situation on the 18/09/2011.He told me only FNB can release him.I do have all the letters,dates email's that was sent off to the bank and the auction attorneys.Im suffering from depression because of the situation im in.I do have a permanent position with potgieter attorneys.Mr Potgieter gave me a job when no one else would give me a job because of the judgement i have.Its not like we never asked the bank for assistance. when our situation deterioted we went to the bank for help.Thrice we went to FNB in adderley street cape town for advice and help.We filled forms in and three months later the forms got lost at FNB.I had to ask what happened after the application.No one got back to us on that.Eventually i wrote a letter to the bank telling them of my situation 15/7/2011 that i was in.I was ignored and no confirmation was given on receiving of that letter.We have been with FNB for 15 years and this is how we get treated.If i was at fault i would have understood.Please all ask,give me my house back.All KG DRUKKER is worried about is getting his commission.Somebody out there need to help me get my property back.In the meantime while the ombudsman is busy with the investigation the sale is going through.please stop the sale.
