I was one of the lucky one's that won a prize. We attended the prizegiving and was suckered into an agreement with the sales agent. He told us our first installment would only start in Nov and in Aug they phoned us to run the debit order. We disputed it and wanted to cancel because it is breech of contract. Unfortunalety it was also out of the 5-7 days period for Legal cancellation. About 6 months later after numerous letters to them they told me that I can cancel but I would loose the deposit of R2200 that I have paid plus I had to sell my points to someone else and still pay in the difference. I could not afford that we decided that maybe it would not be such a bad investment to at least have 1 proper holiday a year. I have paid for a full year and want to use my point now to book and the agent laughs at me because I only have 6 points available. The agent told be that I would be able to book a cruise he was also aware of the fact that I have 3 kids and that school holidays is my only option. Thousands of Rands later and nothing why do they not target people that can afford this why target people like myself were R600 per month can buy food on my table for my family?
