On 17th Nov my H1 broke down. Still under guarantee/ warranty. The dealership it was towed to called to say I had abused the vehicle by doing wheelies and overloading it as well as towing heavy loads. This vehicle is used very seldom, only when the family goes on holiday, once in three months approximately as the 4 kids have to be on holiday. Otherwise we use our own vehicles which are much smaller and economical. This vehicle is especially a family vehicle for holidays and touring. We don't tow anything - we bought it with a towbar. NO ONE on EARTH can do wheelies with this huge vehicle, so I don't know which planet this technician or repair guy is from! The abuse he is talking about - could it be that I drive it at 100kmph on the odd occassion? I have never sped in this vehicle - its too big and bulky to speed! I have my sports cars to speed with, if I want to, which I don't. I'm driving for over 30years now and none of my cars were abused. If this vehicle has an inherent problem then they must admit it. The manager who were supposed to contact me, never did! They NEVER respond! Looks like theres no one alive there!! I'm so angry because I now have a useless vehicle lying in a garage, while the bosses are enjoying their airconditioned offices, not caring a damn about their disgruntled client. They just don't give a damn! Imagine they have not contacted me AT ALL, though I have complained that I need them to contact me. Looks like once they have your money, they couldn't care less about their customers! None of them are helpful. All of them are RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS! They are insulting and unhelpful, making empty promises which they don't carry out. I WILL NEVER BUY A HYUNDAI AGAIN! Their service stinks. They are pathetic and insensitive. They don't seem to have any intelligence at all. Are they all asleep or brain damaged because none of them know how to dial a number to call me? Two weeks and I'm still waiting for someone to call me!
