No Service / No Refund

I've had no luck getting my deposit refunded (Deposit paid 17 January 2011 - ONE YEAR AGO). I've posted my complaint HelloPeter and GetClosure, still no luck. Various emails and phone calls to Intec did not help in getting the matter resolved. Is small claims court my next step?
