MTN - bad service

I took my Blackberry phone in to the Menlyn Branch of MTN for a repair under guarantee. They gave me a loan phone, but this secondhand phone had a battery life of 3 hours. I took it back and they gave me another loan phone that was even worse, wich I returned to them, deciding that they don't want to loan me a phone that is in normal working order. They told me my phone will be replaced under guarantee and I waited a week for this. The phone they gave me, (they told me it is a new phone) is in actual fact a refurbished phone. There is a sticker in the inside to that effect. This so called 'new' phone, also have software problems. The e-mail function does not work and the MTN telephone 'help' line told me to take the phone to MTN Menlyn. I CAN NOT BE WITHOUT A PHONE, a consept these people cannot seem te understand.
