I bought a car in November 2009 and paid cash for it. up to date I haven't received the registration papers, the disk expired ion July, How will I renew the disk ? I did'nt even know that Planet Wheels has closed. What now ?

Planet wheels closed down due to doggy dealings. Carte Blanch did n big story about then just before they closed down. regards Christie
