The customer service from Putco bus
service is very poor the buses are
always faulty(not in a good condition to
carry pasangers), dirty(they never clean
/was the buses), noisy(mechanical noises
underneath the bus while the bus is
moving and carrying passangers).
I have sent a couple of email to them
and no one responded, Please can anyone
help or direct me to were I can lay my
complain.
