I had such a bad experience; I want to post this on every website I can. I purchased a Car a year ago at SA 4 Auto. Firstly I was not given the SPARE KEY or SERVICE BOOK for my car which still up till now, have not received The answer I got from the sales person, was They lost the Service book and they will get the proof of service from Mercedes. But when I phone them she told me that that there was no service book and she can’t help me it is month end and she has a lot of work. But she advertised the car with full server history and it doesn’t have. And the spare key she told me that they don’t have a spare key and that is not there problem Secondly, I drove my car for 8 months and the engine needed to be replaced. I have problems every month with my car that I need to go and fix. Currently the door doesn’t what to close or open sometimes. The lock of the care is given me problems. And in time I need to go and replace the diff of my car because it is damages and realized it 3 months after I have purchased the car and the warranty of the car already expired, I will never buy a car with SA 4 Auto. I had just bad exceptions form them and I’m reminded of it every time when I get in to my car
