My special needs little boy has been knocked over by the staff in Shoprite 3 or 4 times. In December, he actually landed on his stomach. I have complained numerous times, as the staff do not look where they are walking but the problem is not resolved. Strange that the customers can be sensitive but not the people whose salaries I ma helping pay! I have spoken to customer service, she asked me if I was happy with the service. I said no and she said, “oh ok”, and walked away. The managers are so busy chatting to each other and their friends, they look at you blankly when you attempt to complain. I am more than fed up with their total disregard for other people
