I missed my flight on Friday 22 October
2010 because my passport which was meant
to be delivered on Thursday morning did
not arrive(i have to fork out R830 to
change my date on ticket)! I spoke to
Mali Mtengwane who claims my
authorisation letter was sent through
but strangely enough it was not
received. Then he 'promised' me that my
passport would be collected on Friday
and be delivered on Saturday. Today is
Monday 25 October, still no sign of my
package. I feel extremely cheated and
angry by them and have resorted to
cancelling my services with them and
take my business elsewhere before I am
told that my passport was lost which i
do not need right now. To resolve the
problem I require that I receive
compensation for my airtime, flight
change penalty of R830 including the
R150.00 I paid for your services and for
the emotional and physical stress which
I have been left feeling from Speed
Services Couriers.
I feel that this is totally unacceptable
and there is a lot of confusion as
everytime you call, you hear a different
story and I am done hearing of empty
promises, I feel I cannot trust them
anymore.
