We received a quote from Vivian on granite countertops & were offered a discount for 100% cash upfront which we paid. 12 working days & many calls later (promises of 7 days) Justice & team arrived, did 1/4 of the work and left telling my husband & kitchen installer they’d be back in the morning to complete. No one arrived. Justice told us they were sent on another big job. Very many calls later to Tanitha and Vivian, they keep coming up with a different excuse, 1st the problem was all of a sudden with our cupboards, now they say the problem is actually on their factory and installation side. Even pieces of granite they delivered were not polished on the correct sides. No-one returns my calls, and I am not allowed to speak to Sarios the MD or Petrus the factory manager. Seemingly they do not want to come back to finish their installation probably because they received our full payment over 2 months ago. From what we are told they are more concerned about their exports and don’t worry about the man on the street. Surely we have rights against a big bully of a company like this? I would suggest never using them, this really is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
