Cotton Wood Trading Company Complaints - Damaged armoire and horrific client service

The first piece of the armoire was brought in the delivery men hit the top end of the cupboard against my wall, luckily we didn’t see any damage and they continued,the last 3rd piece they brought in they turned it to the side and the door of the cupboard came smashing down leaving a dent on the door. Then when they picked the cupboard up I saw the top part of the cupboard was protruding and on closer inspection it was completely loose. Another piece of wood also came loose. I phoned them. We discussed that they would swop the armoire with a new one coming in a weeks time. I was completely happy with that and nowhere did I ask for a discount. Phillip phoned me 2 hours later and accused me of speaking in Afrikaans and saying to my friend lets find damage and ask for discount. I have never been so insulted in my life. I only wanted a replacement. He was extremely rude and refused to give me a replacement he just wanted to pay the money back and accused me of lying. I want the armoire just an undamaged one. I have paid R30 000 for the armoire in full 3 months ago and only received today . I was treated extremely bad and will advise no one to do business with them
