Fly Mango Complaints - Luggage neva made it to the plane

I booked a flight on Mango at OR Tambo Airport for the last flight on Sunday, 5 September. My bag was checked in and when I arrived in Cape Town, my luggage bag was not sent out and could not be found! The guy working at Mango luggage dept at the Cape Town branch phoned Johannesburg branch and they confirmed the bag was in the cage and I would receive it the next morning. 2 Days have gone by and they are now saying that they can’t locate my bag. I am extremely upset and disgusted by the service I am receiving from Johannesburgburg staff. The staff at Cape Town are constantly in contact with me and yet they bring no good news!! How can you check a luggage bag in and yet it ‘somehow’ goes missing. I didn’t feel comfortable with the lady behind the check in counter in the first place as she didn’t look very confident or capable…. It’s quite frustrating to lose the majority of my personal possessions, i have worked hard for those things and through staff incompetence Mango Airlines have not only lost my bag, with no solution or even sympathy remorse for the situation that i am in. i am reluctant to use this airline or to ever promote them in the future!!
