Moto Mia Cape Town Complaints - Don’t buy a Moto Mia

I took my bike to Moto Mia Cape Town to replace right mirror, to make bike roadworthy & to license.
Only person who does this service is late for work, I am told to wait.
Only after leaving shop, I am told I need to bring in registration papers
When the papers are dropped off, I am told the bike would be ready the following day. The bike was not ready when I went to collect it. No communication was received about this.
They did not check the bike properly before the roadworthy test & hence failed the test.
Said they would sort it out & get back to me which they didn’t
Tell me they cannot license bike as bike is not in my name. Did not go to traffic department. After following up, it is determined that bike is in my name but they can’t license it. I need to license myself.

R599 for roadworthy service & purchase R899 helmet for my boyfriend to pick bike up. Right mirror not replaced.

On enquiry, they say they noticed that & I must send my boyfriend to come collect a set of mirrors for R150.

Goodwood branch sell individual mirrors but CT branch doesn’t.

Their complaints contact numbers don’t get answered nor can you leave a message.
