Sanral Complaints - Rude and Disrespectfull Service

Yesterday the 22nd of April I went to the Cresta Mall e-toll service centre to upload my account.
I went in the afternoon and there was only one person infront of me which another consultant assisted. I kept waiting in line the other consultant did not call me to come to her I had to ask her if she could assist me, with a nasty expression on her face she just noded yes. Here’s part of our conversation:
Me: Hi there how you, I would like to check my balance and I also want to top up my account
Margaret Senyolo: Why didn’t you check you balance on the internet
Me: because I knew I was coming here to top up so I might as well check my balance
Margaret Senyolo: Don’t you get e-mails or sms
Me: I do get sms but not indicating the amount
Margaret Senyolo: You can’t come to the service centre just to check you balance you must use the internet
Me: I thought this is the place where you come to get help with anything relating to e-tolls, I mean to check my balance shouldn’t be a problem.
Eventually she checked my balance and I top up with R200.
Margaret Senyolo as indicated on the receipt was extremely rude and disrespectfull to me, she did not even greet me she had such a bad attitude. I am completely disgusted by the terrible service I received from her.
Surely not everyone that has an e-toll account has access to the internet, why does she assume that I do have internet access to check my balance.
I hope that Margaret Senyolo will learn to be friendly and to treat people with respect.
