Beware of SPOCSA / SPOS Management Services

We have been dealing with this company to install our PBX from November 2013. They have blatantly misled us on numerous occasions. This was literally the worst experience we had with any company. They did not stick to one deadline; they promised we will have a working system before 01 December 2013. We did not have a functioning system until January 2014. Directly as a result of SPOC Management and their lies.

They ordered the wrong equipment and lines on multiple occasions. They gave us the wrong advice on almost every single part of the process. We eventually had the Sales Director Marius in our office because 3/8 lines were recording. They blame us for not knowing their product. We realized this after 3 months. No backups where made a promised. Until today 6 June 2014 our backups are still not working.

Marius ignored emails and calls from us on more than one occasion. He disrespects us as paying customers. Not very professional for a Sales Director. This is a clear indication that they do not care about customers and are incompetent on every level. The Sales person Siphiwe has caused as 100’s of thousands of Rands due to his deceit. Use SPOC Management at your own risk!

This is but a drop of what happened. We have spent so much time cleaning up after them. We certainly regret using this incompetent company. We will not make this mistake again… Consumers beware, if you want to buy empty promises and lose money, SPOC Managed services is the way to go…

We are formulating our ICASA Complaint as we are not getting anywhere with SPOCSA
